General Business Electives
The minor will consist of 15 credits (9 required + 6 elective). The elective courses are designed to be taken after the core courses, and it is expected that most students will take them during their third or fourth year. The following courses are approved electives.

Submitting Courses for Consideration
This system is used to manage student requests for additional courses to be considered for credit. You will need to submit a syllabus for the specific course before a final decision can be made.
Course Approval
In order for a course to be considered as an elective, it must meet the following criteria:
- Taken for a grade (as opposed to C/NC).
- Conveys introductory, foundational business knowledge.
- Employs professional skills (e.g., critical thinking, teamwork, etc.).
- Applied learning experience.
Approval of any course for credit is up to the discretion of the General Business Minor director. All decisions will be final.
